1We personally look carefully for several options of companies that are manufacturing the product that the CLIENT requires in CHINA, according to the characteristics and specifications that the CLIENT has provided us. 

GIVING INFORMATION

2We will present you a proposal that includes the prices that the Chinese suppliers are offering us. The lasting of this offer will be valid for the next 8 days.

SAMPLES

3We begin the process of acquisition of samples (MAXIMUM 1 SAMPLE PER EACH PRODUCT), this will depend on the type of product we’re negotiating, since not all the products will need a sample to verify that it is exactly the one that the client requires or that fulfils all the necessary conditions for its effective use.

NOTE: In case that the client does not require for a sample of the product, ALTAGO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS will not take any responsibility in case that the product itself presents any kind of anomaly on its specifications.
The investment of the importation of the samples, and any other kind of extra charging related to it, run in their totality on behalf of the client.

DELIVERY OF THE SAMPLE/S

4The sample/s will be delivered in a period of 8 workable days, depending on the stock available of the product in China.

ORDERING THE MERCHANDISE

5Once the client agrees with the proposal and he/she is satisfied with the samples, we proceed to make the formal request to star the buying process. To do so, it’s necessary that the client pays the 100% of the final price of the merchandise (F.O.B).   

PREVIOUS LIQUEFACTION OF THE TRANSPORT AND PAYMENT OF THE TAXES (CUSTOM HOUSE)

6When the information provided by the suppliers in CHINA is in our offices, we will instantly proceed to pay previously the transportation of the merchandise and the taxation of the customs house for it. All these payments will be done IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CLIENT. 

ALTAGO International Business will suggest the client what amount of merchandise to buy, and which transport it’s better according to the selected products and its quantity.

The previous liquefaction will have to be cancelled in a 100% of its final value in order to begin with the transportation process of the merchandise.

TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION

7For the transportation process of the merchandise we offer these methods:
 

• EXPRESS: This method is occupied only when transporting samples, or in special cases when the client needs the merchandise to arrive in a short period of time (8 workable days). Beforehand, the client must accept the costs this method will cause.
  
• AERIAL: 20 workable days. 
  
• MARINE: 45 workable days.
